Shipping Policy
All domestic orders will be shipped UPS ground unless otherwise specified. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours. You can expect to receive your order in 2-7 business days depending on your location. Items such as spa covers, special order items, or unique or low demand parts can take longer.
What should I do if an item is missing from my order?
First, verify that you've received a box for each tracking number associated with your order. If all boxes have been delivered but you're still missing an item, check the packing material for small hidden items. If the item is missing then please contact us either by e-mail at help@spaandpoolsales.com or call us at (415) 250-6918 – we will respond to you within 24 hours Monday thru Friday.
Does Spaandpoolsales.com ship internationally?
At this time, we only deliver to locations within the United States (including Hawaii & Alaska)
