All products sold at California Cooperage Spa & Pool Sales.com come with a full manufacturer warranty. In the event you feel you have a defective product, please contact the manufacturer’s technical service department first to try to remedy the problem prior to contacting California Cooperage Spa & Pool Sales. Feel free to contact us if you require assistance.

California Cooperage Spa And Pool Sales does not express or imply any warranty, we do however try to make sure all of our customers warranty needs are handled promptly and fairly. All warranties are through the manufacturer. California Cooperage Spa And Pool Sales expressly disclaims liability for any injury, or damage of any kind arising from the use or inability to use any item we sell. Our only obligation is to replace an item that is delivered defective, and that obligation is limited.

Orders cannot be canceled after the part has shipped. We incur shipping costs on your behalf after pickup which the buyer is responsible for. There are no exceptions. Due to the nature of the following products, all sales are final on the following items: Chemicals, pool cleaners, spa equipment packs, heaters. These items come with manufacturer warranties which will still apply. Electrical items (ex. Circuit Boards, spa control panels, contactors, switches, pumps and motors) cannot be returned for a refund. They can be returned for replacement of product only if determined to be defective by the manufacturer. Any cartridge filter (Pool or Spa) that is used or has been wet or any sign of wear and tear are not refundable or returnable.

Technical help is not responsible for any misinformation given by the customer. All parts that are ordered with the information given to Tech help and assisted by Tech help is ultimately the buyer’s responsibility. Parts are to be ordered by the customer with the knowledge that Manufactures' use a variety of parts and can upgrade and change the part without notice. We can only go on what information is given by the customer or the Manufacture if it is available.

Pictures on the site are representations of the products sold and may not exactly match what you receive. If there is any question contact California Cooperage Spa and Pool Sales before ordering.

Returns of non-defective (un-used and un-installed) merchandise (other than items listed above) to California Cooperage Spa And Pool Sales is permitted within 10 days of purchase date. Installed merchandise is covered by manufacturer warranty and is not returnable.
Returns to California Cooperage Spa And Pool Sales must be made within 10 days of the invoice date. Please contact us to receive an RMA number prior to returning goods. Items returned without an RMA number will be refused. The RMA number is good for only one (1) item and must match the item authorized for return. Returned merchandise must be in the original box and in re-sellable condition and include all literature, warranty cards etc. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. A restocking fee of up to 35% will be applied on all merchandise that is not considered defective if it isn't in re-sellable condition with all warranty cards, rebate forms, manuals and accessories when we receive it. Any unused merchandise that is not in original condition and packaging will not be refunded. California Cooperage Spa and Pool Sales will make the determination as to the extent of any use or abuse upon receipt and inspection. There will be a minimum $ 10.00 handling charge per returned shipment (excludes defective merchandise). Shipping & Handling cost are not refunded. Special order products may only be returned for replacement and not for any refund. Your account will be credited the full amount of the returned item less any applicable charges. Please allow 2 weeks for refunds to be processed and credited to your account.

All returns should be sent via UPS or Federal Express. Do not ship via US Postal Service. We cannot guarantee that the part was shipped to us. We suggest you insure your returns. California Cooperage Spa And Pool Sales is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in shipment. Do not ship parts back to a vendor. You may not be credited if this happens. All returned items must be returned to our California Warehouse accompanied by our RMA number given by our Returns Department.

At California Cooperage Spa And Pool Sales we are dedicated to providing the highest quality pool and spa supplies at the lowest possible prices. We however reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Possession of printed materials downloaded from our website does not constitute a binding agreement.

Products, pricing, and specifications are subject to change without notice.
Product substitutions may be necessary at times due to out of stock conditions. The substitutions would be of equal or greater value to the item ordered and of equal quality and functionality.
