Begin by choosing the shape of your spa in the drop down box to the right. Then choose your spa brand, model and year if known. Add the dimensions in inches for each outer edge. See Example. Enter cover skirt and safety strap dimensions in inches.

Please contact us before ordering if your cover:

Measures over 96" in any dimension
Has cut-outs for a control panel, speakers, tv or handles.
Is not completely flat on the bottom.
Is on a Hot Spring Spa with a cover lift which arms install/mount directly into the cover.
Anything that seems unique about your cover

Measuring A Radius
Many spa covers have rounded corners which means you must measure the corner radius. The measurement comes from the intersection of two lines drawn from where the curve starts on both sides of a spa corner. The cut corner measurement is from where the cut starts and ends between the two sides.

Note: if the number you give is larger than the correct dimension the cover may not properly fit. If in doubt make the radius or cut corner a little smaller and the cover should fit ok. Please call if you need help with this.

Economy Foam - Our Economy 1.0 lb. foam cover is ultra lightweight and has a 4"-2" taper. One year warranty.

Standard Foam - Standard Foam Insulation: 1.5 lb Our Standard 1.5 lb foam cover is good for mild to moderate climates and exceeds the ATSM standards for strength and safety. 3 Year Warranty. (+ $30.00)

Deluxe Foam - Our Deluxe 2.0lb foam model is denser and therefore less likely to absorb moisture. It provides half again the strength of our Economy foam along with additional insulation qualities. This cover is ideal for not only snowy climates as it supports up to 500 lbs of static snow weight but is also beneficial for moderate climates as it will reduce your heat loss and save you money in energy. Ultra Foam - Ultra Foam Insulation: 1.5 lb Our Extreme insulation is both super-energy efficient and water resistant. This cover is formulated for heavy loads as it is constructed with a generous 6" to 4" taper. (+ $165.00)
